Items will ship within 24 hours.  Shipping to P.O. Boxes is not available.  Shipping is calculated by weight of product.  Exchanges must be made within 7 days of purchase.  Buyer pays return shipping.  RMA requests must be made within 30 days of shipment date.  Returns authorized after that period are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Shipping done through UPS and FedEx.  Advance Replacement of a defective product or RMA within 7 days of purchase is standard.  After 7 days, RMA products will be replaced with a product from our inventory, and replacements are not guaranteed to be exact item or factory sealed.  Shipping is non-refundable, and defective products must be returned at the buyer’s expense.
